We started doing our DS a few years ago.At that time, and even now, I know of no DJ company that offers this package. The reason I started offering the DS package was that, with all the weddings that we do, the photographers would always ask us, the DJ's, if we had the itinerary & when was the First Dance, Cake cutting, Garter Toss & so on. They always asked about those mini-events within the main event because in order to sell there picture packages, they had to make sure they at least got those pictures!! The rest of the time,most of the photographers would sit around waiting for the next mini-event, ie;cake cutting & so on!!
I've learned over the years that the best pictures were the spontaneous pics. People talking, dancing, laughing & just having a great time. And what better place for that the dance floor and surrounding area. Because of our state of the art music system, we are able to program several songs & go out & take some fun shots. It was just the most perfect senario for it. All our clients love it, love it,love it!! We take those pics & put them into a laptop computer & run a slideshow for every one to ENJOY, RIGHT THERE, RIGHT NOW!!!!! Believe me when I tell EVERYONE LOVES TO SEE THEMSELVES ON THE DS!! Your guest will be AMAZED at seeing the pics instantly!! It ADDS a WHOLE NEW DIEMENSION TO YOUR EVENT!!
